Effects on Transport of Trends in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
This project had two main objectives: to analyse the effects of supply chain and logistics
trends on the European freight transport system and to assess opportunities for improving supply
chain performance. It was undertaken by a consortium of nine European research organisations co-ordinated by the Technical University of Berlin (TUB). The Logistics Research Centre at Heriot-Watt University was a member of this consortium and I was the lead researcher there on this project.The final report can be downloaded here
