Green Freight Summit: presentation on Net Zero Road Freight

The 2023 Green Freight Summit is being hosted by Natural Resources Canada in Ottawa. This hybrid 3-day event is ‘bringing together international governments and organizations to discuss green freight programming and initiatives to further the sustainable freight transportation agenda.’ One of its objectives is to update the Green Freight Action Plan, originally launched in 2014. I gave a presentation in the first session on ‘Net Zero Road Freight’ which took global and European perspectives on the challenges of getting trucking operations onto a Net Zero trajectory.
