Alan McKinnon – Professor of Logistics

21 February 2024

Moving forward together: what’s next for EU mobility & transport?

I was a panellist at the EU transport policy conference in Brussels on the 21st February organised by the EUI’s Florence School of Regulation.  In the lead-up to European Parliamentary elections later this year, the conference aimed to ‘provide input to the next Commission’s priorities in the transport and mobility field.’  I contributed to a panel discussion on the so-called ‘twin transition’ to greener and more digitalised transport in Europe. In my introductory statement I gave a brief progress report on the decarbonisation of freight transport in the EU.  Summary of my statement

Details of the event.
