I was invited by Professor Rolf Neise of the International School of Management in Hamburg to have a discussion with a mixed group of thirty Bachelors and Masters about the climate change, sustainable logistics and related geopolitical issues.  This was an informal ‘logistics brunch’ event during which I responded to a couple of hours of questioning on a  broad range of topics.  It made a pleasant and refreshing change from the powerpoint-based guest lectures that I normally give at universities and colleges.  Many thanks to Professor Neise and his colleague Prof Dagmar Tomanek  for hosting this  session and to the students for a steady flow of thoughtful questions and comments.
