Evidence to EU High Level Panel on Decarbonisation Pathways

 The EU High Level Panel on Decarbonisation Pathway Initiatives is advising the European Commission on decarbonisation research priorities for the period beyond 2020.  It held a meeting on the 2nd October in Brussels to examine decarbonisation opportunities in the transport sector.  I was one of eight witnesses invited to give oral evidence to the Panel focusing on the freight transport / logistics sector.
