Supply Chain Resilience post-Pandemic: World Economic Forum blog
The World Economic Forum invited Dr Tanja Kueppers, Chief Operating Office of DHL Supply Chain EMEA, and me to run a workshop on supply chain resilience for 60 members of its New Generation Industry Leaders community. The WEF has posted our blog summarizing the key messages to emerge from our discussion with this group. It outlines what has been learned from the experience of managing supply chains during the pandemic and considers what we will need to do to prepare for future supply chain disruptions of this magnitude.
