The 3rd eCom Next event was organised by Posti, the Finnish national postal service, on the 8th September 2022.   I was one of the two keynote speakers.  The other was Greg Hoffman, former Chief Marketing Officer of Nike.  My presentation was in two parts.  The first reviewed five megatrends affecting logistics and supply chain management, while the second part focused on online retail logistics. My talk was followed by a discussion of some of the key issues raised.  The event also ended with a panel discussion.
