Net Zero versus Resilience?

Net Zero and resilience are now major supply chain objectives.  Are they compatible or in conflict?  I briefly discuss this issue in my column in the February issue of Logistics Manager magazine.  I conclude that there is reasonable, but not perfect, alignment and that, in the longer term, the necessary switch from fossil to renewable energy will be fraught with supply chain risk.

I gave a narrated powerpoint presentation to the autumn meeting of the Swedish Network for Transport Measures (NTM) on this subject on the 11 November 2022.  Recording is available here
